Marina Berth Rentals
- A Berth Rental Agreement must be completed on arrival and payment is on arrival unless by prior arrangement.
- Berth rentals include liveaboard charges
- Prices are in Australian dollars
- Prices shown include GST and are effective from 01 August 2011
In addition to daily, weekly, monthly and annual berth rental, berths can also be purchased for own use, or used as an investment.

- RENTAL AGREEMENT: Must be completed immediately upon arrival. Payment on arrival unless prior arrangement made with Marina office.
- INSURANCE: Proof of insurance must be produced on arrival to the marina. A minimum of $10 million Limited Liability cover is required.
- DEPARTURE: Requested by 12 noon, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Marina Office
- MARINA OFFICE: Open 8 am to 5 pm - Every day, except Christmas Day & Good Friday
- SHORE POWER: 240v and 3 Phase. 15 Amp lead must be used on all 240v power outlets. 3 Phase power available on selected berths and charged per unit. 3 Phase power jack available from Marina Office/Reception upon payment of a security deposit of $500.00. (Refundable upon return of power jack.)
- FUEL: Diesel and Unleaded fuel will be available daily from the fuel pontoon between 8am and 4.45pm every day except Christmas Day & Good Friday. Special arrangements may be made with advance notice. All fuel must be paid for at time of purchase, unless previously approved by Marina Management.
- SECURITY GATE KEY: A deposit of $20.00 is required for access to the Marina. Deposit refundable upon return of key.
- ICE: $3.30 per bag (block or party ice). Enquire at Marina Office/Reception.
- GAS: Enquire at Marina Office / Reception for gas bottle refills.
- DRY STORAGE: Information and rates are available from Marina Office / Reception. Boat ramp access and haulage are available at $10.00 per haul-in or haul-out (for small sized vessels only). Open 8am. -5pm. every day except Christmas Day & Good Friday.
- TOILETS, SHOWERS & LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Marina security key will access these facilities.
- COURTESY COACH: Courtesy coach available to Smithfield Shopping Centre 12 Noon returning 2.00p.m Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays (Banks, P.O., Coles / K Mart, Woolworths, Chemist, ETC.)
- PUBLIC BUS SERVICE: Enquire at Marina Office/Reception for timetable.
- PUBLIC TELEPHONE: At the end of Buckley St
- MARINE BROKERAGE: Full Marine Brokerage Services available including berth sales. Sonar Marine.
- CLUB FACILITIES: Bar, Pokies, Keno, Live Entertainment and a childrens playground in house. Driftaways Restaurant is open for lunch & dinner 7 days a week and breakfast on Saturdays & Sunday.
